Consistency is one of the most over looked attributes of successful people and the easiest to acquire.
It works on all fronts. Want to get in shape? Plan your workouts, meals, sleep and supplementation and you will get in shape. Want to succeed in business? Find out the traits you need to succeed and apply them daily and you will succeed.
As a coach, my biggest desire is for clients to see the effectiveness of consistency on their progress. It is important to recognise that consistency is displayed in many ways and applied at various levels. It is an accumulation of steps taken in one direction.
Oscar Wilde once said that Consistency is the hallmark of the unimaginative, well that it may be, but it can’t be disputed that it’s also the hallmark of winners.
