What is a 4D FIT session like?

4D Fit is strength based training inclusive of all fitness levels.  The sessions are always structured and progressive to ensure you stay motivated and keep improving. Each member is encouraged to work at their own ability level and exercises will be regressed and progressed accordingly.  You are asked to arrive 10-15mins before your session to conduct your dynamic warm up which you will have been shown on your induction. The session will then last 1hr and be split into 4 specific parts (A-D series). Each series has a different objective.

• Strength (25mins)
• Hypertrophy (15mins)
• Injury Prevention (10mins)
• Metabolic Conditioning (10mins)

Sessions are run in friendly and relaxed environments allowing you to get the most out of your training program.  We are committed to helping you be the best you can be.

Is it for me?

4D Fit is for anyone who is looking to strength train. For example, if your goal is weight loss, we will personalise the session by assigning a more metabolically demanding rep scheme with shorter rest periods. If your goal is athletic performance, we will implement specialised techniques focusing on strength and speed development.

Do I need to check with a doctor before I attend a session?

You need to complete and sign our lifestyle questionnaire, this will be given to you in your induction.  Women who are pregnant should check with their GP before starting any sessions.

How big are the classes?

There is a max of 4 people per class – 12 per conditioning/mobility class.

What should I wear?

A decent pair of trainers and a water bottle is all you really need.  Other than that, whatever gym/sports clothing you feel comfortable training in.

How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts for one hour which does not include the warm up and cool down – we advise you to arrive 10-15mins before your session.

Can I take a friend along?

Members are very welcome to introduce friends to any conditioning session and they can train for free for their first session.  We also periodically offer referral offers which will be provided upon request.

Do you have showers?

Yes we have changing rooms and showers.

Can I try a class before I commit to a membership package?

Yes, if you come with a current member.  We offer a free conditioning trial session to all new attendees so that you can see if our friendly environment and training approach is what you want.
