Stay committed to your goals but flexible in your approach.

Your actions and behaviours might waiver from time to time which is inevitable with the challenges we face in life, but what you can’t let them do is stop you from moving towards your goals.


Some days won’t go your way, whether your diet goes off, you aren’t able to train or life throws you a curve ball. Make sure you accept that will happen and then adjust your approach, BUT stay focused on your goals and make sure you never give up.👊🏻


A useful habit is to review the things that caused you to go off track via a daily/weekly review and then implement the strategies and actions needed to avoid it next time.
